Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ciao Journey

At Ciao Journey, we know that travel plans can shift — and we’re here to make that process as stress-free as possible.

We also coordinate directly with local hotels, boat crews, and tour guides who secure your slot in advance. That’s why our policy aims to protect both your peace of mind and our hardworking partners on the ground.


1.CANCELLATION POLICY

7 Days or More Before Your Tour Date

  • 100% Refundable (minus transaction/processing fees and confirmed third-party charges)

4 to 6 Days Before Your Tour Date

  • 30% cancellation fee applies

1 to 3 Days Before or No-Show

  • No refund will be issued


Note: Cancellation requests must be made in writing.


2. REBOOKING / RESCHEDULING

  • Rebooking is allowed once, with at least 7 days’ notice

  • Subject to new availability and seasonal rate changes (e.g. peak season)

3. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

  • Environmental and terminal fees already paid on your behalf

  • Reservation deposits for exclusive hotel bookings

  • Payment platform or bank transfer fees

  • Missed tours due to delayed flights or no-shows (we’ll try to assist, but refunds depend on third-party policies)

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND


Please send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Full Name

  • Booking Reference

  • Reason for Cancellation

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
